at 7pm at the famous Docks Hotel.
The Docks Hotel, located at the water's edge at Harbour side on Darling Harbour,
is just a short walk from the CBD and Exhibition centre.
Come relax and enjoy Sydney's sensational skyline view while chilling out on the
outdoor deck.
The Docks Hotel was completely redeveloped in November 2002, architecturally
designed with "room to move" in mind.
Featuring abundant natural light by way of glass bi-fold doors throughout and
complemented by an outside timber deck that runs the length of the venue.
A great range of local and imported beers are available as well as a good
selection of wines and the latest cocktails.
What better way to take in the views than relaxing on Sydney's waterfront with a
fresh summer breeze and an icy cold drink on the terrace at Docks Hotel.

By 10.30pm it’s time to Board Heartbeats Cruising Nightclub
At King St Wharf # 8, this is only a few minutes away from Docks Restaurant on
the other side of the harbour (directly in front of Cargo Bar).
Dessert will be served onboard as a cocktail style party giving you a selection
of Cheesecake, Pavlova & Chocolate mud cake.
Your boat is Sydney’s largest luxury cruising catamaran, with the capacity of
350 guests. On board, Cruise in total luxury, with licensed bar facilities,
lounges & air conditioning on all levels, view the breathtaking sights of Sydney
Harbour from 3 open viewing decks & dance the night away on one of the 2 dance
floors with our onboard DJ.
At 1am, the cruise returns to King St Wharf, Darling Harbour, where you and your
guests will receive free admission back to RETRO. (Normally $20 entry)
The price for the 2-course dinner, cruise & nightclub entry has a value of over

sitting on crispy crushed potatoes
• * sundried tomato & pesto angollotti tossed in roasted tomato sauce & cream,
finished with rocket and parmesan
• duck and walnut agnollotti served with butternut pumpkin, spinach and cream
